With our FLEX CANCELLATION OPTION you can cancel your travel passes without worries no later than 1 day before the first day of validity. The FLEX CANCELLATION OPTION offers you the flexibility you need for your travel planning.

Bookings with FLEX CANCELLATION OPTION:

• Tickets can be cancelled without any additional charge no later than 1 day before the first day of validity.
• The FLEX CANCELLATION OPTION applies to STS Passes (Swiss Travel Pass, Swiss Travel Pass Flex, Swiss Half Fare Card) and mountain excursion tickets.
• In the unfortunate event you have to cancel on or after the 1st day of validity charges will apply.
• FLEX CANCELLATION OPTION fee is in any case non-refundable as this is the protection cover.

Bookings without FLEX CANCELLATION OPTION:

• Handling fee of CHF 60.-/booking for cancellations from date of purchase up to 4 days before first day of validity
• Handling fee of CHF 60.-/booking + 30% charge of total price for cancellations between 3-1 day(s) before first day of validity
• No refund for cancellations from the first day of validity
